It tastes better than the Hiroshima-yaki you get in Hiroshima. It goes without saying, but this is my favorite Hiroshima-yaki restaurant in Tokyo. Hiroshima-yaki, which is grilled for 30 to 40 minutes, is very delicious with cabbage. We order various appetizers that go well with beer and wait until they are baked. If you go with two people, you can ask for a variety of things and share the Hiroshima-yaki at the end. It's quite filling, so if you don't want to eat it, it's recommended to order one at a time. The breath of the men and women at the counter is perfect and the customer service is wonderful. The best thing is to sit at the counter and drink while waiting for it to be baked!

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was told that I could only eat inside on weekday nights, so I made a second reservation during summer vacation. There are two tables in the raised stile-like tatami room and about eight seats at the counter, and although there are a lot of walk-in customers, they are all fully booked. In addition to the exquisite Hiroshima okonomiyaki, there are other reasonably priced menu items such as scallops and celery teppanyaki, all of which are delicious. I was convinced that the restaurant was popular because of the owner's personality❗
