More Comments at Google MapIt's a famous soba restaurant in Akiruno City. It's quite crowded. Please stop by when you come to Musashi Itsukaichi 😊 I ordered bamboo soba noodles and croquettes (3 pieces)! It was very delicious✨This is my first post!
I found this restaurant on a sudden search, and the atmosphere was nice, and the soba noodles were delicious. *Inaka Soba was out of stock, so I would like to try Inaka Soba next time. The place was almost full even before the last order at 3pm. The staff at the store were very friendly and I appreciate their kind consideration towards children. I will visit again when I go to Itsukaichi. It's along Hibara Kaido, but I think the signboard for ``Akikawa Ramen'' is easy to spot.
I come here when I want to eat soba. I've been here several times, but since it was close to closing for lunch, I was able to get in without waiting. A classy lady guided us through the calm interior. When it comes to soba, people talk about whether the proportion of buckwheat flour is 28% or 100%, and some people may think that 100% is better, but that is wrong. The role of wheat is not just as a filler, but its biggest role is to enhance the ability to pass through the throat. However, if you boil it for too long, it will stretch and become unpalatable. That's not the case here. Boiled just right, it stays smooth and smooth from the time it's brought to you until you finish eating it. The Kakiage (kakiage) that serves as a snack is also crispy and not oily. Some people may think this is obvious, but sometimes there are places that serve deep-fried foods. Whether you eat it with pink rock salt or dipping it in mentsuyu, this soba restaurant serves dishes that will make you say, ``This is it!''
