More Comments at Google MapIs this the best French food I have ever had? Probably not. But it is a lovely hidden gem, which serves a reasonably priced French course using high quality ingredients. One point that I would like to mention is that all the proteins were paired with vegetables (other than potatoes), so the meal was light and felt relatively healthy. The restaurant itself is pretty small. Looks like it may serve only 8-12 people at once. If you are seated by the table, the atmosphere will be more intimate. If you sit at the counter, you will have more contact with the chef. There is also an option to choose at what time you want to come, at 6 or 7 in the evening. If you come at 6, the dinner will be more relaxed and there will more time until the next dish is served. If you come at seven, it is more dense, but no rush. Dinner ends at around 9 p.m. for everyone. Menu changes every month, so if we manage to make another reservation, we would love to come again.
I’ve been coming to the monkey kitchen almost every month lately✨ Gibier is delicious this time of year, This is a restaurant that I, who love game meat, can't resist♪ I received mallard duck today, Perfectly baked, It’s the best ( ̄∀ ̄) Mushroom gratin with béchamel sauce, Very delicious with seasonal mushrooms😋 Fish dishes are made with soup-like soups, It matches the perfectly cooked fish and is GOOD👍 And for dessert, I have been the chef for a long time. I begged and requested Fabreton❗️ Personally, I like this store Fabreton is the most delicious😏 I want to eat Fabreton again~
I was looking for a downtown French restaurant that I could easily eat locally. Homemade cheese, olive oil and baguette, squid simmered in ink Basque style, rice, Kujo green onion soup, tilefish, venison steak, and finally eclairs for dessert. Very satisfied with coffee and a little wine. The location is really hard to understand, so you should make full use of Google Maps. I think Higashi-Nakano is the closest, but is it easier to understand from Nakano Sakaue? I can't say either way, so I'll leave it up to you. It was a Sunday night, but there were three groups plus two people, so it was almost full. If you don't make a reservation, it will be difficult. There are two types of menus, and this time I chose venison steak, but I felt that it was difficult to throw away the cassoulet. The atmosphere of the store was exactly what I was looking for, and everyone in the store was really friendly and full of family feeling. I would like to go again on my anniversary.
