The English reviews for this restaurant are all out of date and refer to its former location. Although the new location can be a little tricky to find with its side street entrance, you will be glad you ate here. Equivalent quality French food in Paris or Lyon would cost as least twice as much - and still not be as memorable. Being Japan, the service is also far more gracious but it all really comes down to the food. Chef Okada really puts everything into his meals which highlight quality, flavor and appearance. In particular, his seafood courses always delight us with their contrast of flavors and textures. Upgrading the main course to Japanese beef is also highly recommended (+¥1500). The 5 course lunch menu with tea/coffee is not cheap at ¥5,000 but considering the consistently high quality of the meals there, it’s a really bargain. In fact, we recently ate at Tokyo’s Florilege, most recently rated 39th best in the world. Both were excellent but Hitotsugicho Club was consistently better, and cheaper too. Finally, their take out items including choux a la creme (only sold on Wednesdays) and creme caramel (on Fridays) are also terrific.

This restaurant is just great! I ate there with friends and at the same time we attended a mini jazz concert. It was wonderful! *-* The atmosphere, staff and service were top-notch! I was pleasantly surprised! :D We were told what was in each dish, asked if we were allergic to anything before the meal. From the beginning to the end, everything is done to make sure you have a wonderful time! *-* The dishes are very harmonious, beautiful and colorful! Served carefully ! The staff is very professional and nice! French cuisine subtly blended with Japanese culture. The Chef is great ! Just delicious! I'll definitely go there again ! :D

It was an amazing experience. The decor is very French style. The flavours of the restaurant enchant the taste buds. Musicians with their musics make us feel good. All of the team are very warm and who care about their clients Thank you for your welcome and the wonderful moment.
