I tried it right away, and it was grilled just right and I could really taste the flavor of the meat. I think the meat is quite good, and it goes well with the Japanese-style mushroom sauce and is very delicious. Anyway, the sauce was delicious, so I poured the sauce on top of the rice and gulped it down, although it may not be good manners to do so. The rice is a standard size, but if you're a young man, it might not be enough, so you might want to make it larger. By the way, the set did not come with soup, so maybe it would have been better to have a set with soup. Because I like soup. My companion shared the beef tongue stew with me, and the demi-glace sauce had a very deep flavor and was quite good. The tongue is very soft, so you don't need a fork to enjoy it.
