Finally found a ramen shop that I love! You can customize your ramen as much as you like, from the broth thickness, saltiness to how much garlic you like or how tender you like your noodles. I normally cannot finish one bowl of ramen, but I can easily devour an Ichiran bowl. The queue is loooongggg, so keep in mind of you want. I went around 10pm and had to wait for 15 minutes. Their counter is especially popular, so if you do not need to experience their signature one-person-booth style, your chance of getting a seat might be higher.

Visited in September 2023. It is located along Shin-Ome Kaido Road and is far from the station, so we recommend going by car. If you are coming from Higashimurayama, please drive in the left lane after crossing the water treatment plant overpass. There are about 20 parking spaces, and when it's crowded, the staff will guide you to wait in the parking lot, so you don't have to line up on the road. There is a ramp at the entrance, so it is safe for people in wheelchairs. The store is new and is sparkling clean. There is a ticket vending machine right after entering. Ichiran also has table seats, which is rare at Ichiran, so even families and people in wheelchairs can visit the restaurant with peace of mind. In the back, there is a counter that seats 20 people. The staff will also guide you so that you can sit side by side if you wish. The menu is the same as other Ichiran restaurants. When I went there, they were also selling instant noodles and cup noodle sets to take home, but they may only be available for a limited time.

I got my first "Ichiran" at this store. During the meal, I witnessed a customer (no longer a customer) who was unreasonably angry with the clerk. I was impressed by how calmly the store clerk and store manager dealt with me. The store manager is hanging his head outside until the customer's car returns, thinking, "I wish I didn't have to go that far," and the stock exploded. The main subject, I would like to visit again because of the customer service, taste, and cleanliness of the store.
