I grew up in an Italian family. This is honestly some of the most authentic carbonara I have found in Japan. You can really tell that everything is made with great care. The details are good, too. The bread is obviously made with quality ingredients. Friendly staff, too. I will definitely come back for more great pasta! 👍

We had "appetizer platter" and "Pescatore (large serving)"! First of all, I drank wine with an appetizer as a knob. The appetizer is a combination of seasonings that I personally like. That's why I'm so hungry! Pasta is a large serving of pescatore. I thought it was very delicious with a lot of ingredients. The boiled noodles were also perfect. The peperoncino oil that was brought to me later was delicious with the flavor of olives, so I ended up pouring a lot on it. It was a store that I entered somehow, but I really liked it. I'll come back later!
