Previously, when I called the store to make a reservation because there would be a large number of people, I was told in advance that parking would not be available if I arrived by car, and I got the impression that the store was being considerate. Always the general and his wife? There are two people running the restaurant, and they work very carefully, and the food is really delicious. If there are people who have bad manners and don't follow a certain number of rules, it's very sad that the 1 star is given because of those people. No matter when I go, the taste of the food remains delicious and consistent, and I'm also happy that not only the main course but also the side dishes are handmade and come with steamed egg custard and dessert after the meal. The white rice is also delicious and you can get any refills. I think it's hard to get a second helping unless you're a man, but I'm glad to see that kind of service spirit. I personally don't really like fish, and I often go to Hokkaido and Hokuriku, so I only eat fish there, and I don't feel like eating fish in the Kanto region, but Makado-san is the only place I eat because the fish is really delicious. I go there, and I appreciate the balanced diet. Also, it doesn't have the atmosphere of chatty masters and full of regulars, which is common in private shops, so I think anyone can feel free to come in. It's a really cool restaurant with a cool, professional owner who always serves delicious food and a great customer service attitude. It's one of those stores that I hope will never disappear.

Saikyoyaki set meal is too delicious. It's amazing that the taste of the fish is always the same throughout the year, and the flavor of the fat in the fish here is special. The person sitting next to me who happened to be there said, ``My parents are fishermen, so I've been eating fish since I was a child, but I've never had such a delicious grilled fish set meal.'' After hearing that, I went with enthusiasm and said, ``I'll definitely order the grilled fish set today,'' but in the end I ended up ordering the Saikyoyaki set. The Saikyoyaki set meal is still so delicious that I have never eaten any other set meal. Saikyoyaki set meal is truly the best.
