Basically, it's a standard Chinese restaurant for the masses that is crowded with neighbors and has a lunch menu, but it has a line-up of Biang Biang noodles so casually that you might miss it. Of course, I ate it for the first time, but I was impressed by the taste that I had never had before. It's abura soba with flat noodles, but the dashi hidden at the bottom is too delicious. You will be asked if you want to add raw garlic, so let's say OK. It was a home run after a long time. 780 yen with almond tofu and egg soup, and a large portion of noodles is free👍🏻
