Good food
In 2000, I visited a store located at the west exit of Shinjuku due to the strong impact of the ramen containing tomato. I looked for one, but the store in Shinjuku was gone, which was disappointing. I happened to be browsing the internet and saw a mention of tomato tanmen, which was the same name as the store at the time, so I decided to visit. It was relocated 21 years ago, and the successor has inherited the original taste. I ate here for the first time in 23 years, and everyone, including my wife, was impressed. It hasn't changed. probably As we've gotten older, we've eaten a lot of Chinese restaurants and ramen, but as we've gotten older, we've come to prefer lighter ramen with less salt. At this restaurant, you can mash the tomatoes with Don Pisha to make it resemble tomato soup, and the flavor will be even more delicious. I also ordered fried rice, but it was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo and ended up half eating it, but it had just the right amount of salt and the toppings were quite elegant. Almond tofu is also not very sweet, but goes perfectly with the soup. Those who like dark and rich ramen may find it quite unsatisfying, but this is a unique dish that you won't find at other restaurants, and I would like to see this flavor continue to be passed on.
