The first thing that catches your eye is the bright yellow omelet. The omelet was perfectly cooked, with just a hint of half-cooked on the inside, and it was quite thick, allowing you to really taste the sweetness of the eggs. The true identity of such beautiful yellow eggs is the branded egg “Maboo Egg GOLD” from Tochigi Prefecture. The selling point of these eggs is that they don't lose their flavor even when grilled, and it's true that the sweetness doesn't go away even when cooked. The rice has a bit less water and is a firm ketchup rice, but the ketchup taste is quite weak. The unique ingredients include mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, chicken, and green onions. What I liked most of all was the sauce. It's not just ketchup, it's a special tomato sauce. It's a thick and viscous type with a hint of tomato pulp, and the aroma of red wine gently spreads in your mouth. I was satisfied that the rice was not seasoned so strongly in order to take advantage of this sauce. It was a very well-made and delicious omelet rice. [4th to 6th pictures] "Dry keema curry omelette (1,900 yen)" Another item from the omelet rice menu. This is a fairly half-cooked omelet, similar to a melty type of dandelion omelet rice. Like omelette rice, it seems to use polished eggs, but the sweetness is quite strong, perhaps because they are half-cooked. The curry served on top is a spicy keema curry, and although it has a spiciness, the flavor of the plenty of minced meat makes it mild. Omelettes also have a strong sweetness, so they go well with spicy curry. This was also a very satisfying omelette curry. 【summary】 Dompierre is a long-established Western restaurant founded in 1984, located right next to Ginza-Itchome Station. There is a high-class French restaurant called Perignon on the second floor, but this restaurant is located below it, and the prices are a little more reasonable to make it easier to enter. It seems that Dompierre used to be a store that opened in various places, and there were several stores in Tokyo. However, now you can only enjoy it here in Ginza. Although it is a restaurant with reasonable prices, the interior is quite elegant and has a luxurious feel that can be used for birthday dinners. If you think about it, the cost performance is good. The customer service was also excellent, not only explaining the omelet rice, but also quickly bringing plates for sharing, and always refilling water, which was very polite service. This is a long-established Western restaurant in Ginza that is perfect for small anniversaries.

It's been a long time since I last visited you. The same taste of omelet rice reminded me of 20 years ago. The careful cooking and frank but polite customer service are wonderful. Thank you for the meal.

The store is conveniently located right above Ginza-itchome Station. The interior of the shop on the second floor of the building has a classic atmosphere. The floor is divided into front and back, with about 3 tables each, so it feels private, and the staff can keep an eye on you, so I feel like you'll have a good time. On this day, we had a special full course recommended by the chef, and it was a hearty course that you wouldn't expect from the restaurant's atmosphere, and the naan was also very satisfying. The first half got off to a slow start with carpaccio, smoked cod milt and radish served with a light dashi-like sauce, but the second half featured sautéed duck and mushrooms, onion gratin soup, and sea bream. A double main course of fried pork and roasted duck followed by a hearty menu, and at this point there was almost no room left in my stomach. Of course, all of the dishes were very delicious, and I wanted to have them without any sauce left behind, so perhaps the fact that they were scooped up with bread worked like a body blow. And after that, there was a grand sale of desserts. A wagon full of desserts loomed over me, but in the end, I ended up eating all of them because I was moved by the strange feeling that when I see something delicious in front of me, I want to eat it even though I'm full. What's more, they even went so far as to ask the pudding to be cut a little too much... However, all of the desserts were delicious, and the pudding that was cut into large pieces was firm and had a sweet caramel, which was my favorite type of pudding, so even though I was full, I enjoyed it to the fullest. Well, I ate it completely. As it is a long-established French restaurant, the service level of the staff was high, and I was able to enjoy the delicious food without any worries. At that point, I was beside myself and my stomach was about to explode... I vowed that the next time I visit, I'll eat less bread and have some leftover for dessert. Thank you for the meal.
