More Comments at Google MapIs this a hidden famous restaurant? Recommended for those who have plenty of time. I waited for almost an hour after ordering. The buckwheat tea served while sitting around the hearth was delicious. Of course, soba noodles are excellent. The buckwheat flour that has been ground with a hand mill leaves the skin behind, giving it a pleasant texture when chewed, allowing you to savor the goodness of the soba. The parking lot is in the back, and it seems that two cars can be stopped.
First and foremost, it looks delicious! The food, the exterior of the restaurant, and the interior. Of course it tasted good too! In particular, the soba-gaki soup for lunch smells like yuzu and is delicious. Also, my first experience was Soba Inari! This is a gem. I ordered 100% soba. I'm not particular about 100%, and I'm rather skeptical, but the food here was delicious because it wasn't mushy and easy to eat. It's a perfect place to stop by after cycling the Yanase River.
The soba noodles were delicious. Third visit to the store. Around 13:30 on Friday. No other customers. I like 10% of this. I also like “Soba Gaki”. It has a lot of grated daikon radish...it's a comforting taste♪ This may sound very rude, but the tempura has become more delicious than before! !
