A neighborhood soba restaurant. I used it with my family. It is a pleasant shop with a cheerful general and proprietress. Not only soba noodles, but also various kinds of snacks are delicious.

This is a soba restaurant located right next to Inagi-Naganuma Station. The soba and tempura are delicious, and the lunch set (soba and mini tempura bowl) is cheap at 750 yen. Even on weekdays, the restaurant fills up as soon as it opens at 11:30. It is run by a very nice couple. They seem to be particular about Japanese sake, and there are a variety of sake on the menu.

This is the shop that taught me how to make a cup of soba at a soba restaurant. Soba noodles with no gaps in any of the scent and the throat. Even though the thorough commitment is clearly transmitted, it is never obtrusive. You can eat delicious soba at a reasonable price. The udon was also firm and delicious. I had a strong impression that it was a delicious restaurant that was loved by the locals, and it was very good. This time I had a bowl of rice bowl, but the batter was crispy and had a good texture, and the rice and sauce were well seasoned and very delicious. I was deeply moved by the proprietress's attention to detail. I feel that the owner's personality and "philosophy" are still alive. I hope that the store will continue to be the same forever.
