Taste is too much good

This is a town Chinese restaurant run by a couple located along Funabori Kaido on the south side of Funabori Station. We've been closed for a while, so I'm sure many of you have been looking forward to it reopening, but we'll only be open for lunch (11:30-14:00) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. As for the menu, there used to be around 15 variations of noodles, but it seems they have narrowed down the number considerably. This time I ordered meat soba. After waiting for a while, the landlady will serve you food. Not long after that, the meat soba arrived. The noodles are topped with a piping hot sauce containing shredded pork, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and komatsuna. It's so hot that if you eat it quickly, you'll get burned. Although it has a strong seasoning, it is salty yet slightly sweet, and the aromatic flavor of sesame oil goes perfectly with the soup. The noodles are thin and perfectly firm. Once again, it will stick to the hot red bean paste and soup, so be careful not to burn yourself. I added rice to the leftover soup and finished it. I wonder if the next one will be bean sprouts soba. Will fried rice ever make a comeback? . .

Visited 2023.3.1 It had been closed for a long time, but it is said that it has reopened in late February. Currently, we are only open for lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with a limited menu available. The meat soba I had for the first time in 10 months was amazing and tasted exactly the same as before the closure♪
