I had tempura soba & salt musubi. The soup was a bit strong, but the onion and carrot kakiage was hearty, crispy, and delicious. The salt balls were not made in advance, but tied after the order came. If it costs 500 yen in total, I think it's a famous store that you would want to come to every day.

A stand-up soba restaurant 30 seconds on foot from Inagi Naganuma Station. The counter is limited to 3 people due to corona, but the turnover is fast because it is standing. I ordered tempura soba for 400 yen. It's a stand-up soba, but it's very delicious. Not to mention the soup stock, the kakiage is made in-house. It's a very simple soba, but the cost performance is also good. This is a store I would like to visit again.

Is it a freshly baked hut or a prefabricated one? is. But don't draw conclusions based on appearances. I think this is a famous restaurant for ``The Standing Soba'', which is now rare. I don't know what will happen in the future due to land readjustment, but I hope it will remain open for many years to come.
