One of the best abura soba in Tokyo

Ordered special soy sauce chicken soba @1000 + green onion topping (white haired green onion) @120. In conclusion, it's really delicious. First, I scrape through the many ingredients and slurp up the soup. The deep sweetness of the chicken fat and soy sauce will fill your mouth. I was already so happy that I couldn't help but whisper to myself, ``It's delicious.'' And the flat grain noodles are so good that they go down your throat. The two types of chashu, chicken and pork, have different textures and flavors and are a great value. Soft-boiled eggs are also perfect. Then, keep eating the minced chicken until the end and reach the climax. Mix minced meat with soup and drink it completely. The flavor and aroma are different from the first-touch soup. I was worried about the small size and texture of the bowl, but it turned out to be an unnecessary worry. Personally, the white onion topping is also a great choice. If you put it in your mouth alternately with soft menma, the pleasure of texture and flavor will be amplified. The pleasure of chewing made my stomach swell and I was very satisfied even with the compact amount of noodles. I'm sure the portions have been calculated so that you can be 100% satisfied after finishing the mixed chicken soup.

Oyashirō was so delicious! If you want to eat Jiro-style food at Hana-Koganei, go to Mutahiro ♪ Unlike other ramen shops, the seats were spaced apart with proper social distancing! I was impressed by the fact that they didn't crowd in too many customers! Of course, I have eaten other ramen and they are delicious, but Oyachiro was my favorite!
