I made a reservation at dinner for my wife's birthday dinner and asked. No matter where I go, I have to make quite troublesome requests due to my likes and dislikes and allergies, but they were willing to listen over the phone. I ordered a wine pairing with the meal, and the meat, seafood, mountains, and wine were all delicious. It seems that they use seasonal ingredients and change the menu every day. When you are guided to the counter, the first thing you notice is the size (depth) of the kitchen, where two people can easily cross each other. I felt that the design made it easy for the chefs to demonstrate their skills, and at the same time, the structure was designed to make the restaurant feel more open and spacious than the actual space itself. The course consists of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a fish main dish, a meat main dish, two desserts, and baked goods. They use seasonal ingredients such as lobster, milt, sole, and deer to create blissful dishes using outstanding cooking techniques (the ``heating'' is a masterpiece). Both were very delicious and filled me up. In addition, the "wine pairing" ordered by nearly 90% of customers who drink alcohol is of high quality. The sommelier and hall manager's detailed and accurate explanations helped sharpen my sense of taste and smell, and guided me to a wonderful marriage. What was particularly impressive was the pairing of butter-flavored milt with red wine (Syrah/Grenache). It was fun to have a surprise combination that wasn't just a simple pairing. As the name "Fierte" (French for pride and confidence) suggests, this is an outstanding French restaurant where you can clearly feel the "pride and confidence" of the chef, sommelier and hall staff as professionals. I'm excited to see what kind of food I'll be able to enjoy next time, and what kind of wine I'll be able to pair it with.

I have visited twice. A French restaurant with elaborate tastes. One of the pleasures is that you can have different dishes every time you go. The inside of the store is small, but it has a clean and cozy atmosphere. You can enjoy your meal without worrying about it. Aged fish is delicious. Personally, I would like to eat fish dishes that are a little more matured. I'd like to eat and compare fully aged and semi-aged. I'm sorry for being selfish. I will ask you again! !
