Of course, the food is good, but one of the charms of this restaurant is that the chef is bilingual, speaking several languages ​​(not only Japanese and English, but also three languages, including Chinese, perhaps because he was born in Taiwan and spent his time there until he was an adult). .

It's a shame that the Chinese bowl didn't have wood ear mushrooms (and other ingredients that are usually included), and I think it tasted a little bland. Cheap is cheap.
