Old-fashioned handmade udon noodle shop. I had tempura and meat udon (2nd time I had meat curry udon). Although the noodles are thin, they have a firm texture, and the soup stock has a rich taste, so I ate it without leaving a single drop. Oyakodon (with small udon) was also ordered around. We also recommend the fluffy rice balls! In addition, there is a parking lot for 5 to 6 cars.

The broth has a strong umami flavor. The umami of the soup stock, which comes from the amount of kelp, is overwhelmingly strong, and the udon noodles, which are delicious at a level that you can drink forever, are slightly thin, but have a chewy and smooth texture. The price is quite high, but the satisfaction is also high. There is not much quantity.

I ordered kitsune udon, and it was the most delicious udon I've ever had! Especially when I ate the fox, I was impressed by how delicious it was!
