Great overall experience with a vast selection of vegetables and Japanese 料理. Would definitely recommend! Despite being quite a trek from osaka/kyoto, transportation can be arranged with the restaurant owners. They allow bringing your own bottle with a corkage fee at 1500 yen per bottle, but I'd still recommend going for the sake pairing as well as they have a vast selection.

No corners have been cut, from the setting to the materials to the flow of the course to the non-alcoholic menu. The price is reasonable, but the only difference is that they use high-quality ingredients and are handmade. Prices have increased since September. If you want to drink alcohol, you will need to secure a driver or order to be picked up at Takatsuki Station at the start time.

I was so confused before I went lol But the items were so good that I forgot about that hesitation! The appearance of the old folk house was also wonderful! All dishes were excellent. Items that sharpen your five senses. I look forward to seeing each item come out. The expressiveness was amazing! The seasoning is exquisite and takes advantage of the quality of the ingredients.
