My image of Waraji cutlet was one made by pounding cutlet loin meat to make it thinner and larger, but this Waraji cutlet is certainly thinner than regular cutlet (I wonder if it's actually pounded). (Unknown), but it was a chewy, thick, yet soft and delicious cutlet. Instead of a cutlet bowl topped with an egg, the rice is served with a sauce cutlet bowl. The menu includes Waraji Katsudon, Unajyu, and Tantanmen, but it seems that Tantanmen is only available on weekdays, and Unajyu is an exceptional price of 2000 yen, but I don't recommend it. I think Waraji cutlet is the only choice here. Katsudon is ordered in quantities such as 1, 2, or 3 pieces. I can't eat too much, so I ordered one piece of Waraji Katsudon, but I thought it would look a little boring if it was just one piece, but I cut one piece in half as shown in the photo on the menu. Because the food was prepared and plated, it didn't look like it was empty, and it was hearty and filling. If you order a katsudon with 2 or 3 pieces, the number of sauce cutlets will be placed on top of the rice without being cut. I think the rice would be a bit bland if it was a single bowl. The bowl was small. So, if you are a small eater or don't want to eat a lot, I think it's enough to eat one bowl and see how it goes. It was delicious, so I approached the staff midway through the meal and asked if they could make some takeout now, and they prepared two Waraji Katsu bento boxes for me. I've been interested in this place for two years, and I went for the first time and had two pieces of Waraji Katsudon. Among the many waraji katsudon, I felt that the meat was thick and the volume was satisfying. I think the quality of the meat was good, but it was easy to bite into and it was soft and delicious. The freshly fried crispy pork cutlet was a perfect match with the sweet and spicy sauce. There were many regular customers, and they ordered ``1 piece'' or ``2 pieces.'' This is because the menu is easy to understand, with 1, 2, and 3 pieces of Waraji Katsudon, and one type of noodle like dandanmen. So, when ordering Waraji Katsudon, it seems like "2 pieces for 3 people!" I'm thinking of going again soon.
