One of our favorite restaurants in the area. The chef's love of cooking is apparent through every dish, with a careful use of seasonal ingredients and craft spices. He can make vegan tantan noodles and gyoza (pot stickers) most days, as well as various plant-based mini-dishes, but it's always best to call in advance to ensure they're stocked up on ingredients. With advance notice, he makes fantastic fully-vegan dishes and courses. (He buys ingredients on Wed./Thur., so reservations should be made by Tuesday for the upcoming weekend/week) Highly recommended.

The original mapo tofu donburi was delicious!
