Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Fukuryu

It was so hot in August that I couldn't come, and I was worried that the hiyashi chuka would end, so I came when it was a little cooler. A very elegant dish came out, both in taste and presentation. I want a second helping (lol) thank you for the food.

I have received it many times before, This is Showa era Chinese food! It's absurdly delicious. Well, there may be some Japanese food as well. Anyway, it brings back the taste of Chinese food from the Showa era. You could say it's a dish you can't find at a chain restaurant. We can't afford to lose a store like this! I'll come back someday, so please do your best until then!

I visited in the evening. The store was empty with only a few people who seemed to be regulars. I parked my bike properly in front of the store. You can make it into a set meal for an additional 200 yen. I had a set meal of stir-fried meat and vegetables. I think it was my personal favorite flavor.
