The food was delicious! Great place to catch your breath after spending the day out at Manazuru cape.

Being right on the coast, there's bound to be many eateries serving local seafood. And since many of these restaurants can be kind of far if you travel on foot, this place is probably one of your closest options, right across from the train station. Anyway, tried their lunch specials, which are quite reasonably priced. If I remember correctly, somewhere around ￥1100 for the kaisen/ten-don.

Frankly speaking, the negative point is that he is unfriendly. Even with that in mind, I gave it a 5. I like the shari here, which is very delicious considering the price. Whenever I order local fish nigiri, he always comes to explain things to me, but I get the feeling he's not good at talking to people he doesn't know (I might be wrong, sorry). I think that's also part of his personality. I also like the tenju (previously called tendon) for lunch.
