More Comments at Google MapI have been visiting regularly ever since it was recommended to me by a local. Handmade udon noodles are popular and often ordered. The rice bowls are also voluminous! Three types of small bowls are included as garnishes, and you can eat as many homemade pickled plums as you like in a jar. The breeze from the mountain stream is pleasant and you can enjoy the feeling of being in the mountains. Above all, the owner's family is warm and relaxing.
A large sign that appears the moment you enter Yamanashi Prefecture. I entered for the first time, but I was surprised by the place where I wanted to stay for a long time. Udon is the main menu. It seems that the main udon noodles are handmade by the father every morning. It seems that it is a special noodle made by blending several types of flour. When you eat it, you will be surprised by its texture. It was the first time I had chewy and tasty udon so far! You will be impressed in a different way from udon noodles in Kagawa prefecture.
Hoto and grilled yamame trout were also delicious! The texture of the homemade hoto noodles is the best. It takes a little while for it to come out, so it feels like I'm waiting while chatting with this old man sitting at the entrance of the shop (laughs) It was a homely atmosphere that made me feel as if I was invited to a house somewhere and was treated to a mother's home cooking. I would love to stop by again.
