Doshi, Yamanashi, Japan｜NAGOMI

This is a shop I found in the middle of a motorcycle touring. Although it is managed by the owner alone, his care was the most comfortable. Yoshida udon at the terrace seat is also good. I would like to visit again.

Meat udon + curry and watercress tempura I ordered it! The udon noodles looked like they were made by hand and were delicious, and the watercress tempura was freshly fried and crispy and delicious. I was really touched by how kind the store staff was when I was having some trouble with my bicycle trip! ————————— Hidden gem near by lake Yamanaka! Rode bike traveler-friendly local restaurant. I tried Udon and tempura, both were amazing! Even the view from the window was perfect!

I think it's good to check Twitter for business days ☆ I visited at 2:00 pm on Sunday. The soft and chewy hand-made udon noodles were very delicious in a calm and wonderful interior. I made curry with udon + toppings! (The spiciness of the curry is medium) It was delicious! The person who went with me had an egg binding with a plus. It was very delicious, and I decided to try gyoza as well, so I added it. The udon and gyoza were filled with lots of vegetables and were very delicious. I want to come back to eat again!
