The large roof divides the space into two parts, one for pickles and the other for soba noodles. The finely chopped, cold soba noodles that were brought to us shortly afterward were smooth to the throat, and the sauce had a sweet, fragrant taste. Of course, there are things that I like and don't like, but I've been researching and eating at various soba restaurants, and I'm aiming for a sweet and plump taste, not just salty, and I'm going to put a lot of dried bonito in it. I'm sure they'll put in a lot because they spread out and explained. I was impressed by the fact that the dashi made from kombu was covered with dried bonito stock, creating a rich and deep taste, and that the research spirit of trial and error was the only way to create the taste. When I asked him about the quality of the oil, he told me that if you want to use cheap oil, you can buy it as cheaply as you want. In any case, the friendly and friendly staff will greet the other customers with a friendly greeting when they are leaving after paying their bills, so those customers will come again, maybe autumn next time. regret parting I am impressed that a good soba restaurant is a combination of such soft and soba noodles.

I came here just to get some food before seeing the wet garden, and this was the answer! ️ The soba and tempura were very delicious, and the staff were all very friendly and nice. The inside of the store had a cafe-like atmosphere, and since it was a sunny day, it felt like an oasis. I think the amount of soba is normal for a soba restaurant, but it was enough to make me want to eat more, so next time I'd like to get a larger portion. Thank you for the meal.
