Run by a couple! Love the experience here. Really homely! And the tuna donburi was out of this world 😍😍 I personally doesnt like tuna but this was amazing! The sweet shrimp is a must order imo. Could give the ikura bowl a miss as there are other better dishes. Highly recommend visiting this place!

We had 2 very nice set meals at a very reasonable price for the quality of the food and the service was great. Even though we had arrived just 10 minutes before closing time the owner had no issues with welcoming us and seving us delicious food.

Walked 25mins from our ryokan in the dark but its 100% worth it! Ordered the Tuna Donburi and the taste was out of this world. Not only was the sashimi fresh and lightly seasoned, the warm Japanese rice that accompanied the fish was perfect. The place is run by a husband and wife pair, and they are very warm to welcome everyone :) The ambience of the place is like being welcome into their home, with their own decorations all over as if you are a guest being offered a warm, comforting meal. Thank you for the amazing dinner, and hope to get the opportunity to come back again for the Hakone sake once more!
