This is Yudetaro, open 24 hours. This restaurant is attached to Motsujiro, so the menu is extensive. It is located along the side road of Oda Atsushi. The parking lot is very spacious and can accommodate about 30 cars and 10 trucks. Buy a meal ticket from the vending machine inside the store and hand it to the staff. I saw the limited-time ``Motsunabe Ramen'' being broadcast on TV and it looked delicious, so I ordered it.The inside of the restaurant is spacious and has a counter and tables that can seat about 30 people. It will be ready in about 10 minutes, and when your number is called, you can go pick it up. The whole pot comes out and it has a great visual impact. When you take the lid off, there's a nice garlic smell. One bite of the soup is made with miso and contains offal, chives, bean sprouts, konnyaku, minced garlic, and chili pepper, and it's piping hot and has just the right amount of flavor. The ramen noodles were also smooth and delicious. I thought there wasn't much giblets, but there were a lot of them at the bottom. It was odorless, soft and delicious. Since it was in a pot, it was piping hot until the end. Honestly speaking, I wish the noodles had been boiled a little harder. It was so delicious that it was a shame that it was only available for a limited time. I want it to become a standard.
Probably because there is a regular soba-only Yudetaro nearby. It's great that it's now a Motsujiro store. This time I tried adding curry to the free ticket, With a smooth and light taste, Maybe it's because it's made to be put on soba noodles? I thought. It was delicious to make motsu curry with boiled motsu in the second half.
