Everything on the menu we tried from omakase meat platter to ramen, tebasaki and curry was delicious. We went on a sunny Sunday afternoon and only 3-4 people were eating in the restaurant. Would recommend as we could fit a large family of five around table.

Great place for tranquility!

PS: As expected, the ramen was very delicious. There is still room for improvement with the noodles, but the soup is delicious! I wonder if bonito is also added to the good chicken stock? This is food that can only be tasted here. The two types of chicken char siu and the flavored egg are both rich in flavor, and the green onions, onions, and menma tips are also nice accents. Eating on the terrace in a slightly cool air like today is a very luxurious experience. ———————- I really liked it. The structure of the store is both old-fashioned and modern. The location is good, and if you sit on the terrace, you can enjoy a delicious meal while looking out at the mountains, sky, and water. Tsure had oyakodon (oyakodon) made with Tanzawa Shigekuro gamecock, and I had a 300g bowl of rice topped with gamecock eggs and a 300g platter of grilled gamecock. Tanzawa Shiguro Shamo! It was quite different from what I expected, but it was quite delicious. It didn't have the punch of the Tokyo Shamo chicken I had at Akiruno, and the meat was soft, but it had a delicate yet distinct flavor. Personally, I like that it's less greasy, perhaps because it's seared. Of course, it will not be enough for people who are into junk. You can also enjoy it without adding salt or soy sauce (both are delicious). I want to eat 600g instead of 300g. You might want to at least get a second helping of gizzard and liver (excellent). TKG's eggs, like the meat, are elegant yet rich in flavor. I want two eggs (quite small). So, I had a bite of Tsure's oyakodon and it was definitely delicious. However, what surprised me even more was the soup that came with it. What the heck, eh, yeah. I wonder if this is the soup stock from the gamecock. The strong umami flavor stands out thanks to the slightly salty taste. Honestly, you might not need seaweed. I wonder if the reason why the customers around me are eating so much ramen is because they use this super delicious soup. I'll have to come back someday to find out the truth (lol).
