I finally found it in Naka-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture.It's a real bistro.It's a restaurant that genuinely cares about its customers, without being pretentious.The taste, the volume, the smiles, and the couple are probably genuine.It's one of the 100 shops that doesn't have any artificiality. I've been to many stores, but I haven't found many stores like this.
