More Comments at Google Map2023.7.5 Visited the store today at noon. I want Shirayuki soba with a large serving of conger eel and shrimp tempura. After a while, I could hear the gentle crackling sound of the master frying tempura from the kitchen, stimulating my appetite. The item arrived shortly. Eat slowly. …uumm. The buckwheat noodles are made by taking out the middle part of the so-called buckwheat nut and kneading it. If anything, the dipping soup, which is rather thick and has a good flavor of high-quality dashi, is also wonderful. It's the best soba that goes down well. Tempura is conger eel and shrimp, yellow green pepper, and bud flower coconut vegetable. The exquisite deep-frying technique brings out the depth of flavor of the ingredients. It was a feast. I'm going to stop by again ⭐︎.
There are three types of bamboo steamers, each with a slightly different taste, making it three times more fun. I ordered vegetable and conger eel tempura, and the color, taste, and volume were all amazing. The fluffy texture of the conger eel tempura is especially addictive. The dipping sauce has an elegant sweetness that subdues the overpowering bonito stock, and goes well with the noodles. It went well with the soba-yu and I was able to enjoy it till the end.
I wanted to eat delicious soba, so I chose this restaurant on Google. There were two cars in front of the shop and a parking lot a little further away. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing. You can choose from 4 types of soba noodles that are chewy and fragrant. The tempura was also very good, especially the vegetable tempura.
