Isehara, Kanagawa, Japan｜BOBベトナムレストラン

I have to admit I wasn't expecting to find such authentic Vietnamese food in a place like this, but this was certainly the best Vietnamese restaurant I've eaten at in Japan, including many in the Tokyo area. Even in my original home of California with a large Vietnamese population, BOB's pho is far superior in taste and complexity than other restaurants I have tried. If it wasn't so far from Tokyo, I'd probably eat here every week, and I'd certainly consider making a special trip to Isehara just to eat here again when I'm craving Vietnamese food.

It was very authentic tasting compared to most Vietnamese restaurants in Japan. The pho had a a lot of depth. A lot of organs so don’t order if you can’t handle that.
