More Comments at Google MapI went to Hadano for some errands and arrived just before noon when the store opened. I was the first one in and soon after, about 3 groups of customers came in. There is a private parking lot, which is helpful. The location is along National Route 246, just before the traffic light, and there is a yakiniku restaurant next door. There were so many menu items that it took me a while to decide. Especially since there are so many sets and so many different combinations, why would anyone order a single item? That's what I think. The photos are just a part of it, there are too many to post them all (lol) My companion and I ordered vegetable noodles, mapo tofu bowl, Taiwanese noodles, and chashu fried rice. The old man seemed to be working alone in the kitchen, so it took some time. The noodles were served first, followed by the rice a little later. The lady who served the restaurant was of Chinese descent, so I was worried that the seasoning might be a bit too Chinese-style, but it tasted quite Japanese and was delicious. The vegetable noodles had a salty taste like tanmen, but there were many types of toppings. As far as I can remember, cabbage, carrots, bamboo shoots, shimeji mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, green vegetables, lotus roots... The soup is delicious and has dashi. The Taiwanese noodles and mapo tofu have just the right level of spiciness, making them easy to eat and delicious. You can be satisfied with just the average amount of rice. What's more, it's ridiculously cheap. It was a set, but each person was 1,700 yen. At other stores, it would be 2 items. I'd like to try other rice bowls and fried foods, so this is a restaurant I'd like to visit again even if I don't have anything to do.
The volume here is incredible. The cost performance is great. I ordered a set of dandan noodles and miso chicken cutlet bowl for ¥890, and both were 1 serving for a total of 2 people. Now ¥890 is too cheap!
The inside of the store feels like a Chinese restaurant in the Showa era, and the 700 yen (tax included) for lunch with katsudon and wonton soup is very cheap. As for the taste, the wonton is a little strong and the rice in the katsudon is a little dry, but the cost performance is pretty good (>_<)
