Best phở I've had in Japan. Great broth, plate of herbs on the side, chili and hoisin sauce on the table. The real deal. The bun is also fantastic (also best I've had in Japan)

I've been to multiple Vietnamese Pho restaurants in Japan, and I always compare them all to Sai Gon. Other places' pho are either too sweet, or aren't as rich in flavor.

Dish size much larger than what normally served in Ho Chi Minh City. Better to go with 4 pax at least to enjoy several dishes there!
