Miyagase, Okinawa soba that I was worried about before when I went to Doshi! It was delicious.

It tasted salty (not salty), but it was delicious because it was devised with Okinawan seasoning. Important in summer.

My first ever Okinawa soba. It tastes somewhere between udon and ramen. Soki soba 850 yen I ordered bitter gourd champuru for 700 yen. Served in about 5 minutes. The Rafute on the soki soba is soft and voluminous, and the noodles are chewy and filling. The soup was also very light with a bit of sweetness in the Japanese style soup stock. I think the bitter gourd champuru taste was a little strong. It looks good to eat with rice. I would definitely like to come back and try other menu items.
