Fujisawa, Kanagawa, Japan｜Kalae-Ribs kitchen

The chicken gizzards ended up being my favourite thing though I usually don't eat them! The beef mince in the burger was very good quality. We enjoyed everything, sorry no pictures of the ribs. Nice music playing as well.

Great place for steak and ribs! I chose the rib plate A. It has steak, ribs, salad, grilled shrimp, and rice with some tiny fish (idk what it's called) and soup. The steak is cooked medium rare and it is topped with some kind of sauce. I think it tastes like miso. The food was a bit slow to arrive but probably because there's only one person in the kitchen and it was around an hour before closing time. The place has a beach theme and they were also selling some merchandise. It was cozy!

Ordered the kalae plate. Meat fell off the bone it was so tasty. Probably some of the best garlic shrimp I've ever had. The whole menu looked good. Definitely will come back next time I'm in the area.
