Fujisawa, Kanagawa, Japan｜Cyubei

after a long day's walk in the city of Kamakura, my friends and I were looking for a place to eat dinner when we found this restaurant on the side of the street with a big water tank on the outside. we saw a cook took some lobsters out of the tank, and we were immediately intrigued and followed his way in. We ordered the signature set, baby lobster soup with a bowl of rice with white bait on top. the serving is quite big as you can see from the photo. The soup was really well cooked, lobster meat bouncy, and the white bait fresh and tender. What an excellent dinner to end a perfect day at the seaside town. The restaurant closes quite early, I remember last order was eight at night. better check the opening hours before going there.

Freshness can never be overemphasized! I am missing this place already!
