Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Mallory Pork Steak

After finishing work in Yokohama, I went to eat pork to fill my stomach. It was crowded at noon and there were two groups. After wondering where to climb, I decided on Mt. Takao 270g. After a while, a pile of pork was brought in. The roasted pork was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. In addition to the sauce that comes with it, you can enjoy rock salt, wasabi, mustard, yuzu pepper, oyster soy sauce, and black pepper. I was very satisfied with my stomach full. Next time I would like to try garlic rice and challenge Mt. Fuji.

I ordered Mt. Fuji size and Himalayan rice. To be honest, I was more surprised by the rice than the pork steak. This is an amount that cannot be recommended unless you are a person who eats a lot. It seemed like there would be about 3 cups. This restaurant is recommended for people who want a hearty meal.

It's reasonably priced and quite delicious. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Hiyoriyama set 200g is just the right amount. Even a normal serving of rice is a bit small, so a large serving might be fine for men. There are a variety of spices, so it's nice to be able to enjoy different flavors. It's crowded, so reservations are recommended. The parking lot is shared with Rosen.
