Dinner is for one group, so some people might be a little nervous. My companion (who is impatient) said it would be better if the pace was a little faster, but it was just right for me. This is a great restaurant for celebrations.
I used it to celebrate the fact that the strength training class I attend had over 100 people registered. It's been a while since I last visited, but I was very impressed with the hospitality and polite service, the food, and the space where I could have a leisurely conversation. I was surprised to see that the young chicken was divided into parts and served on one plate. I was also happy to receive watermelons sent from the owner's countryside. Thank you for the meal❗
The chef is managing the food by himself. Each item is finished with great care. The chef is a quiet person, but I admire his attitude of accomplishing the job perfectly by himself. He may seem unfriendly, but when he finishes serving the dessert, his face breaks down as if he's done his job. The vegetable platter is arranged in a spiral 🌀 with bite-sized vegetables, probably because the intention is for the customers to enjoy the taste of each vegetable alone. Burdock root and taro are especially delicious. The menu said it was a meat dish with stewed beef tongue and beef tendon, so I imagined it to be a stew, but I had no idea there was such a way to serve it... The dessert was also a betrayal in a good way and I was very satisfied.
