Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Restaurant Katsumi

Katsumi is a family run hidden gem in Sagamihara sort of between Camp Zama and Ebina. They serve the best Kastu beef or chicken. Their tonkatsu is lightly battered and not greasy at all. Portions are pretty big and satisfying. I think the owner was a butcher and gets his cuts of meat directly so he can serve quality cuts of meat for a reasonable price. There is some parking right next to the place. This place is so addictive, a friend drove from Fussa to twice in a week to eat their chicken katsu. I recommend the chicken katsu with cheese.
