Aikawa, Kanagawa, Japan｜Saikatei

Was driving by and I stopped here because they looked busy. Glad I did, the shoyu was unique in flavor, Hokkaido style ramen, their noodles are from Hokkaido. This was a great choice, I highly recommend it.

A delicate and deep soup that tastes better the more you try to feel the umami of the dashi. Levanilla and other dishes are also super delicious.
