It's been about 10 years since I last visited. I made a reservation by phone just before the day of the event, and even though I came alone, they prepared a full course for me. Appetizers include a plate of prosciutto and mullet roe, sautéed foie gras, crab mousse, sautéed lobster, and granita.You can choose from four main dishes and desserts, including duck confit and pear compote. I was surprised that they were able to prepare a full course just by calling a few minutes before going. Delivery was also smooth. I used to come here often with my family for Christmas and other occasions, and ever since I ate foie gras here when I was a student, I started liking foie gras! Still the best taste (^^) All of the sauces have a deep, rich flavor that pairs perfectly with the bread. Lobster and duck are both delicious♪ There are four price ranges for dinner: 4,400 yen, 6,600 yen, 8,800 yen, and 12,000 yen. This time I chose the 12,000 yen course, but since the portion was quite large, I would like to try a different course next time (^^)

It was my first time visiting. The homemade prosciutto was thicker than the ones served elsewhere, and had a natural level of salt since no preservatives were used. The combination of fava beans, foie gras, and truffles was delicious, and the fava beans and decorations were cute. Regarding the fish, I changed the shrimp to scallops. It was very delicious as it was thick, soft and had no odor. The meat was also soft and fluffy. The sautéed mushrooms were also delicious. The cake was decorated with candles to make it look like a birthday cake. Thank you for the song too 🥳 I also received a souvenir of black tea bags. I'll visit you again.

Lunch of 2,900 yen including tax was more than satisfied with the price. The lunch menu varies depending on the day, but the sautéed duck I ate was very delicious. The shiitake mushroom soup was also rich and the taste of the ingredients was alive. All desserts are handmade by the chef, and he even makes his own ice cream. The atmosphere in the store was calm and comfortable.
