More Comments at Google Map~Chigasaki's good women are at Machi Chuka. Masuya@Wakamatsucho, Chigasaki City~ Hmm, I really want to eat biryani today! I googled the restaurants that serve biryani around Chigasaki. Ahhh. It's quite far from Chigasaki Tokushukai Hospital. 1.2km from Chigasaki Station. It's probably Google, so it's more than 1.4km. The 3km round trip is tough, but I'll go there just for biryani! Tekutekutekutekuteku. I can't quite get there. Along the way is a town Chinese restaurant that has the feel of a Shonan restaurant from the good old days. Inside, the staff has long hair and beards, and the customers are two ladies and one man. Takada thinks that Lady Chigasaki would just hang out at a run-down Chinese restaurant like this, or an izakaya bar. Is it courage or culture? Well, that's fine. Biryani today...even though I'm walking in such a straight line, I still can't see it. After work, the old man's body was exhausted! I decided to go back to the local Chinese restaurant and try some ramen, so I decided to make a U-turn. & Fade in! I guess there's a counter main and 2 table seats. The appearance of a medium-sized Chinese town from the past. Get behind the counter. The ladies from earlier were the cashiers. Although there may be some alcohol involved, he seems to be a regular customer and talks a lot to the general. During that time, I was able to look at the menu from cover to cover. This time I ordered ramen and spring rolls! Matsuko for a while. A couple entered the store shortly after the beauties left earlier. Although the men are the same, quite a few ladies come after 9pm. The fact that Lady is coming is proof that they will provide delicious food! This is something to look forward to. Ramen set! A standard town Chinese flavor. At night, the restaurant seems to be used like a bar, and the lights are dimmed, so I don't know the exact color, but I guess it's not a very dark chicken stock soy sauce ramen. Of course, it seems that they are aiming for nostalgia, so tanrei does not have a modern feel. The aroma of chicken bones, chopped green onions, and roasted pork belly will make you fall in love with it!Recently, there are many pork bone-based dishes, but this one is definitely the one. The noodles are medium-thin noodles that are almost straight. When you pull the noodles out...maybe the water is too sweet? They stick together quite a bit. I think this is also typical of the Showa era. Ah, so nostalgic. The taste is similar to the fat soba from a now-defunct famous restaurant that was loved by Tora-san in Takada's hometown of Ofuna. Of course, it's not just a copy of the old one. The soup that comes with the noodles used to be full of chemical seasonings in old town Chinese restaurants, but you probably don't see much of it here. What is this comforting taste? ...Is it seaweed? ! The spaciousness of the ocean can be felt subtly. Kelp? Or seaweed? Adding seaweed to miso soup increases the flavor. That might be it. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry. The thickly cut Naruto will make you cry. What about spring rolls?Classic spring rolls with crispy skin. The cuts that make you question the sharpness of the knife are charming. Add soy sauce to a serving plate and leave it as is. Yeah! It's delicious! Sorry, boss! I messed up the plate needlessly. It's delicious just as it is! The salty taste of the red bean paste inside and the oily spring roll skin harmonize perfectly! When you bite into it, you can feel the slightly sour taste. Exquisite! And when I added the mustard on the plate...it turned out to be a hot dog! A combination of Chinese food and junk food! Ah, drink beer! Masuya came in by chance. I was underestimating it because of its appearance, but it's amazing. I was looking into it until the hood arrived, but it seems like it was discontinued at one time, but it has a history of over 50 years, and now the third generation seems to have rebuilt it through crowdfunding. Kanemachi Chuka is a stylish izakaya where past and present are mixed. I like it so much that I even told the owner I'll come back when I check out!
It's just the atmosphere I like. Ramen looks very simple, but I felt the commitment to the soup. Fried rice is also delicious.
I ordered a morning set ¥ 650 for breakfast. It was reserved around 7:30. I chose egg yolk soy sauce and natural salmon from the two rice ball menus. A beautiful older sister will hold it for you🍙The rice balls are large enough to hold a bowl of rice. Both were delicious with just the right amount of saltiness. It's so fluffy that it's easy to crumble 💦 It might be easier to eat if you wrap the seaweed underneath. The set includes 1 piece of deep-fried chicken, half-sliced omelet, kinpira burdock, and takuan each in bite size pieces. You can have hot green tea or cold water. Miso soup is also included, and I'm full from the morning! It seems that there is also takeout from 200 yen per piece. *Please note that breakfast is cash only
