Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Furumichi

I went there last summer too. It's along the Nakahara Kaido, so there are many cars, and when you enter the store in the heat, it's a different world. It was quiet and calm, and cold buckwheat tea was served first. That alone was delicious and made me sweat in no time. I ordered a bamboo steamer with maitake mushroom heaven. Three huge maitake mushroom heavens, sweet potatoes and paprika were also served with tempura. The maitake mushroom tempura is thick enough to bite into rather than eat. The soba noodles are thin but chewy and delicious, and the amount is quite good. I'm full. Thank you for the meal.

The restaurant isn't that big, but you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like two people were responding, but the food was served quickly. The essential taste was very good soba noodles over the throat and it was delicious. I was very satisfied with the volume of the mini tempura bowl set, which was more than I expected.

Open only for lunch from 11:00 to 14:00☆ Regular holidays are Mondays and Thursdays☆☆ When I ordered the Maitake Mushroom Tempura, the Maitake Tempura was so voluminous that I couldn't finish it all, but the soba noodles were delicious!! Next time I think I'll just order the bamboo steamer ☆☆
