Arrived around 11:10. Despite the pouring rain, the restaurant was already fully booked... There were about 30 people waiting outside, and we waited for about 30 minutes. But it was worth the wait! It was very delicious, as expected from the most popular ramen shop in Totsuka. I had salt ramen with charred green onions and char siu rice, but even though I'm not a big fan of seafood, I didn't get tired of the soup and enjoyed it till the end (^^)Next time, I calculated that I could arrive before the store opened. I'll let you. P.S. My 5-year-old grandson was able to eat every single serving of soy sauce ramen.

I have an allergy and I have to tell people everywhere I go. First of all, the proprietress and the owner always remember me, and I'm really happy that I can leave out the green onions! The soup is light with the thin noodles of Tanrei Ramen, but the taste of the soup stock is delicious down to the last drop! The noodles are neither too soft nor too hard, and both taste and texture are to my liking. This is my favorite ramen shop in Totsuka. Even when you finish eating and leave, you can politely thank us. Customer service is really polite. Added topping: garlic (¥100).

Went for lunch for the first time. Even though it was just before noon, there were already several people lined up at the entrance. At the entrance, it was written that the number of seats was reduced due to corona measures. After waiting for a while, I went to the waiting seat inside the store and bought a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine. The interior of the store has a Showa retro feeling posters and noren, and I liked the calm atmosphere. Inside the store, there was a counter seat with this character in front of the entrance, and a table seat on the left side. The order is a large serving of Chinese noodles, and the family has soy sauce roasted green onion ramen. After a while, Chinese soba is topped with three pieces of grilled pork, seaweed, and bamboo shoots. One bite of the soup has a light taste, but you can really feel the dashi stock. Menma is a long menma with a tip. It's a very delicious menma. The grilled pork was thick and had a good texture and a good flavor. The noodles are normal thickness and straight, but they were smoother than the noodles of other ramen shops. Everything was delicious, the overall balance was good, and I drank all the soup. Also, it was a ramen that made me want to go and become a habit.
