I went with my child. You can enter the store and order using the touch panel. It's from the same family as Jolly Pasta, so it's just as delicious as Jolly Pasta, but cheaper. Cold pasta changes monthly. About 600 yen. It's about half the price of other restaurants, but it's delicious. I plan to come again next month for the cold pasta.
