Shabu-shabu and sukiyaki restaurants on high-end routes It's not a very large store, but it's built like a snack bar, and the overall atmosphere is chic and calm. I usually get shabu-shabu as a main dish, but there is a wide variety of meat, including beef, pork, and chicken, and the sauce seems to change depending on the meat, and the salt sauce is especially delicious. The ponzu sauce, sesame seeds, and salt sauce all seem to be homemade and are very delicious. The meat is very good so I have no complaints. Any side menu is delicious, but I recommend the dashimaki and rakkyo. The flavor is rice porridge and ramen, and the ramen comes in three flavors: salt, miso, and soy sauce, all of which are delicious.
Nice Shabu Shabu restaurant in Honatsugi. English menu available on website. Wifi available, the password is on the inside wall at next to entrance. I recommend Shabu Shabu course menu. It comes with small appetizer, vegetables , noodles, and dessert. You can choose the meat from beef, pork, ram. Shabu Shabu dipping sauce are salt flavore, ponzu and sesame I'm very satisfied about all dishes!! You should try this place if you are in Honatsugi. It's a small shop with a counter for 5 people and 3 tables for 4 people. We had lamb, beef, and pork for shabu-shabu, and they were all delicious! The course comes with an appetizer, vegetables, shime (noodles or porridge), and dessert. It's not cheap, but you'll be more than satisfied with the price. The dipping sauce comes with salt, ponzu sauce, and sesame sauce. Salty noodles seem to be popular. The miso flavor of the ramen was also very delicious. (thin curly noodles)
