It takes a little time to serve meat because it is cut after ordering, The beef served on a platter It is quite impressive❗️ Chicken meatballs are good, but First time having shabu shabu. chicken ham? Something like that I like it more than Tumire. I thought. There is one type of soup base, but you can change it to two types for an additional charge. I chose sukiyaki this time. Due to the soaring price of eggs, it was up to 2 per person. Top with udon noodles and beaten egg This was delicious again ✨ My stomach is about to burst (laughs) It was a very satisfying lunch❗️

The shop is on the 3rd floor of the Aeon Kanazawa Hakkei store and uses the Aeon parking lot (wheelchair space available). There are no steps in the store, so wheelchair users can enter the store with a helper. In addition to table seats, there is also a counter, so it's okay if you come to eat alone. For toilets, use the toilets on each floor of Aeon (there is a wheelchair toilet near the elevator on the 2nd floor). There are all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurants such as shabuha, hot vegetables, and basket shop in the neighborhood, but the price is about the middle. You can choose the shabu-shabu course or the sukiyaki course when ordering. For shabu-shabu, hot water with kelp is served in an aluminum pot. Unlike other stores, you can choose from several flavors, or the pot is divided in half and you don't have two types of soup stock. So, in a good way, you can eat meat very refreshingly. Sukiyaki is happy to be able to eat proper sukiyaki instead of "sukiyaki-style dashi". It's a normal composition in an iron pot (with a raw egg). There is also an all-you-can-eat meat menu, so even families with large portions can be satisfied. There is also a reasonably priced meat menu. The meat is delicious, but the frozen meat is cut with an electric saw, so you can hear the sound of the electric saw in the store. Sometimes frozen meat comes out, but we warm it up anyway, so we don't care. Both of us ask the staff for the meat, and we pick up the other vegetables, rice, udon, miso soup, curry, drink bar, and 6 types of ice cream by ourselves. A soft drink drink bar is also included in the all-you-can-eat price. Alcohol is also available for an extra charge. Compared to other stores, there are fewer types of vegetables, rice and noodles on the menu? I feel like that, but I'm satisfied with meat, so I don't care.
