You'll be doing all the cooking, serving, and accounting at the restaurant run by a married couple, so it's a good idea to have some leeway. The food is plentiful and tastes delicious.

I had chicken rice for lunch. It had ketchup rice, onions, and a large piece of pork (!). As others have mentioned, the stir-fry was firm and the onions had a crunchy texture, making them fragrant and delicious. I think the other menu items are also reasonably priced and great. The couple (?) who own the shop were also friendly and greeted me even though I was just seeing them at first glance. Payment is cash only. The only disappointing thing is that smoking is allowed.

A set meal restaurant that I've been interested in for a while. A unique shop located on the first floor of an apartment building. I ordered a large serving of the recommended Stamina Ramen. Regular size is 650 yen, large size is 100 yen extra. You will be overwhelmed by the volume of the large bowl of noodles and the amount of garlic. The noodles taste like Chubutomen. Even as a big eater like myself, the noodles are so voluminous that I don't even need rice. Chili pepper and chives work together to whet your appetite. I thought it would be better if there was a little more pork in it. It is run by an elderly couple. In times like these, I worry about a lot of things, but I guess it's an unnecessary burden. I would like to see shops like this stay open for as long as possible. Thank you for the meal, next time I will order a set meal!
